Ingredients
- 1 (3 lb.) hen, cooked
- 1 (No. 2) can tiny peas
- 6 hard-cooked eggs, diced
- 1 1/2 c. chopped almonds
- 5 Tbsp. India relish
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 c. broth
- 1 pkg. gelatin, dissolved in hot broth
Method
- Mix dry ingredients. Add mayonnaise and last the gelatin which has been dissolved in hot broth.
- Put into 3 round quart cartons. Chill in refrigerator.
- When thoroughly chilled, take out of cartons and slice.
- Will serve 30.
