Ingredients
- 2 lemons, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 2 cups water
Method
- Combine all of the ingredients in a small saute pan.
- Simmer over medium heat until the lemons are soft, about 15 minutes.
- Cool the lemons in the liquid overnight and then drain, discarding the liquid.
