Ingredients

  • 4 to 6 center cut pork chops
  • 1 box beef Rice-A-Roni
  • 1 regular size can stewed tomatoes
  • 1 c. water

Method

  • Slowly brown pork chops in a large skillet (electric skillet is fine) until they are nicely browned.
  • Remove chops and set aside.
  • Keep some of the drippings in the skillet and brown the contents of the box of beef Rice-A-Roni until light golden in color.
  • Add stewed tomatoes and water to the Rice-A-Roni in the skillet.
  • Add the browned pork chops to the mixture and cover the skillet with a lid.
  • Simmer for 15 to 20 minutes (with the lid on).
  • Serves 4 to 6.
