Ingredients
- 1 jar dried beef
- 8 slices bacon
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
- 8 chicken breasts, halved and boned (if breasts are too large, cut in smaller pieces)
Method
- Line casserole dish with chipped beef.
- Slice chicken breast into as many small pieces as possible.
- Mash each piece flat. Roll each piece of chicken breast with slice of chipped beef inside.
- Roll slice of bacon around chicken and skewer with toothpick.
- Place chicken rolls on chipped beef in dish.
- Mix soup and sour cream; pour over chicken.
- Bake in oven for 2 hours.
- Do not salt (beef is salty).
- Yields 8 servings.
