Ingredients
- 1 c. milk
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 eggs (add one at a time)
Method
- Scald milk with butter added.
- Remove from stove and stir in flour.
- Mix well until it forms a ball.
- Let it cool and add the following:
- salt and eggs.
- Beat very hard between each egg.
- Drop by teaspoonfuls into hot soup and boil for 10 minutes.
- Very good in chicken soup.
