Ingredients

  • 300g Bow pasta
  • 1/2 cup sugar peas
  • 1 tbspn oil
  • 3 tspn cornflour
  • 400g green king prawns shelled and deveined
  • 375ml light and creamy evaporated milk
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tspn dijon mustard
  • 1 leek thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup grated tasty cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced snow peas

Method

  • Cook pasta as per directions
  • Heat oil in pan add prawns stir over high heat till cooked remove from pan Reduce heat add garlic and leek to pancook one minute
  • Add peas cook for a further 1 minute Add combined evaporated milk cornflour and mustard stir till sauce boils and thickens stir in prawns and cheese and pour over pasta
