- 300g Bow pasta
- 1/2 cup sugar peas
- 1 tbspn oil
- 3 tspn cornflour
- 400g green king prawns shelled and deveined
- 375ml light and creamy evaporated milk
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tspn dijon mustard
- 1 leek thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup grated tasty cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced snow peas
Method
- Cook pasta as per directions
- Heat oil in pan add prawns stir over high heat till cooked remove from pan Reduce heat add garlic and leek to pancook one minute
- Add peas cook for a further 1 minute Add combined evaporated milk cornflour and mustard stir till sauce boils and thickens stir in prawns and cheese and pour over pasta
