Ingredients
- 1/4 c. packed brown sugar
- 1 (6 oz.) can evaporated milk
- 1 Tbsp. margarine
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/3 c. chopped pecans
Method
- In small saucepan, combine brown sugar, evaporated milk and margarine.
- Cook and stir over low heat until sauce is smooth and syrupy, about 4 to 5 minutes.
- Stir in vanilla and chopped pecans. Serve sauce warm over ice cream.
- Makes 1 1/3 cups.
