Ingredients
- 1/3 c. margarine or butter
- 1/3 c. firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 1 graham cracker crust
- 1 (3 5/8 oz.) pkg. butterscotch pudding mix
- whipped topping
Method
- In small saucepan, cook and stir butter and brown sugar over low heat until brown sugar melts and mixture bubbles.
- Remove from heat and add pecans.
- Pour into graham cracker crust.
- Prepare pudding mix according to package directions for pie filling.
- Cool slightly.
- Pour over butter and brown sugar mixture.
- Chill 4 hours or until firm.
- Just before serving, garnish with whipped topping.
