Ingredients
- 2 OSCAR MAYER Jumbo Wieners
- 1 can (10 oz.) diced tomatoes and green chiles, undrained
- 1 can (29 oz.) white hominy, undrained
- 2 Tbsp. sofrito sauce
- 1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 lime, cut into 6 wedges Safeway 3 ct For $1.00 thru 02/09
Method
- Cut wieners lengthwise in half, then cut into thin slices.
- Place in large saucepan.
- Add tomatoes, hominy and sofrito sauce; cook 15 min.
- or until heated through, stirring frequently.
- Ladle into bowls; top with cilantro.
- Squeeze lime wedge over each serving.
