Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 3 c. self-rising flour
- 3 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. butter, softened
- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 6 eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Method
- Mix butter and cream cheese and gradually add sugar.
- Beat until light and fluffy.
- Add 1 egg at a time, beating well after each egg.
- Add flour, stirring until combined.
- Stir in vanilla and pecans.
- Grease and flour tube pan.
- Bake 1 1/2 hours at 325°.
