Ingredients
- 1 c. ketchup
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Method
- Combine everything and cook for 5 minutes.
- Pour hot sauce over 4 pounds of meat and bake 2 or 3 hours at 250°.
