Ingredients
- 2 lb. frozen hash browns, thawed
- 1 c. oleo, melted
- 1/2 c. green onions, chopped
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 c. grated cheese
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 1/2 c. cornflakes, crushed
Method
- Put 1/2 cup melted oleo in baking dish.
- Mix potatoes, onions, soup, sour cream and cheese; pour into baking dish.
- Bake for 1 hour at 350°.
- Mix rest of oleo with cornflake crumbs; put on top of potatoes.
- Bake 15 minutes more.
- Serves 6.
