Ingredients

  • 4 medium size potatoes, peeled and sliced thin
  • 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. dry bread crumbs
  • 1 Tbsp. dried rosemary, crushed
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
  • 1 (7/8 oz.) packet chicken gravy mix
  • rosemary sprigs for garnish

Method

  • Heat oven to 400°.
  • Grease 10 x 8-inch shallow baking dish. Arrange potatoes, slightly overlapping in single layer in dish. Mix cheese, bread crumbs, rosemary and pepper.
  • In small bowl, stir milk and gravy mix until well blended.
  • Pour evenly over potatoes.
  • Sprinkle with crumb mixture.
  • Bake 35 minutes or until potatoes are tender and topping is golden.
  • Garnish with rosemary sprigs.
