Ingredients
- 4 medium size potatoes, peeled and sliced thin
- 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 Tbsp. dry bread crumbs
- 1 Tbsp. dried rosemary, crushed
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
- 1 (7/8 oz.) packet chicken gravy mix
- rosemary sprigs for garnish
Method
- Heat oven to 400°.
- Grease 10 x 8-inch shallow baking dish. Arrange potatoes, slightly overlapping in single layer in dish. Mix cheese, bread crumbs, rosemary and pepper.
- In small bowl, stir milk and gravy mix until well blended.
- Pour evenly over potatoes.
- Sprinkle with crumb mixture.
- Bake 35 minutes or until potatoes are tender and topping is golden.
- Garnish with rosemary sprigs.
