Ingredients
- 6 potatoes, sliced
- 3 chicken breasts, chopped up
- 1 small onion
- 1 c. cheese
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
Method
- Slice larger potatoes into single layer until bottom of casserole dish is covered.
- Slice onion and layer over potatoes. Add chopped chicken and cheese, then add another layer of potatoes.
- Add cans of soup; spread evenly across the top.
- Bake 1 1/2 hours at 325°; cover with foil.
- When potatoes are tender, casserole is done.
