Ingredients
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 1/4 c. Minute rice
- 1 chicken, cut up
Method
- Blend 3 soups together and add in the Minute rice and put in a flat baking dish.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Skin chicken pcs and lay on top of rice mix.
- Dab butter on each piece of chicken.
- Salt and pepper the chicken lightly.
- (I use "Greek seasoning" on the chicken.)
- Do not Cover!
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hrs.
- (If dish is too full, set on a cookie sheet.)
