Ingredients

  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 1/4 c. Minute rice
  • 1 chicken, cut up

Method

  • Blend 3 soups together and add in the Minute rice and put in a flat baking dish.
  • Salt and pepper to taste.
  • Skin chicken pcs and lay on top of rice mix.
  • Dab butter on each piece of chicken.
  • Salt and pepper the chicken lightly.
  • (I use "Greek seasoning" on the chicken.)
  • Do not Cover!
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hrs.
  • (If dish is too full, set on a cookie sheet.)
