Ingredients
- 1 medium or 2 small potatoes per person
- 1/2 medium onion per person
- butter or vegetable oil
- salt
- pepper
- 1/4 c. water
Method
- Slice potatoes like thick potato chips.
- Slice onions and separate into rings or cut into large chunks.
- Put in microwavable casserole; salt and pepper to taste.
- Use just enough oil to coat vegetables or dot lightly with butter.
- Add water to bowl and cook in microwave until potatoes are tender.
- Cover dish while cooking. Potatoes will cook in 10 to 15 minutes.
