Ingredients
- 6 potatoes
- 1 onion
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 2 Tbsp. bacon grease
Method
- Peel and cut up potatoes into bite size pieces.
- Dice the onion.
- Put in a pan and add water to cover the potatoes.
- Add the bacon grease and cook all until tender.
- Stir in cream of celery soup.
