Ingredients
- 4 c. cubed potatoes
- 1 c. diced celery
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 2 c. water
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. whipping cream or canned milk
- 3 Tbsp. oleo
- 1 Tbsp. dry parsley flakes
- 1/2 tsp. caraway seed
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
Method
- Cook first 5 ingredients about 20 minutes or until tender. Mash some of the potatoes.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Stir until thoroughly heated.
- Be sure and keep stirred to protect from scorching.
- Remove from heat.
