Ingredients
- 6 large potatoes
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 tsp. parsley flakes
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 stick margarine
- 4 oz. Velveeta cheese
- 5 c. milk
Method
- Peel and dice potatoes;
- cover with
- water.
- Add onion and cook until tender. Add
- margarine and cheese and let them melt. Add parsley and milk; let
- simmer
- for
- a while; do not boil.
