Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. hot water
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 tall can evaporated milk
- 1 Tbsp. parsley
Method
- Meat butter in saucepan.
- Saute onion in hot butter for 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Add potatoes, hot water, salt and pepper and cook for 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
- Add evaporated milk.
- Heat and garnish with chopped parsley.
