Ingredients
- 8 to 10 potatoes, peeled and sliced
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 carrot, chopped
- parsley
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 c. milk
Method
- Cook potatoes with onions until tender.
- Pour off some of liquid, then add carrots, parsley, salt and pepper.
- Cook until sort of thick.
- Add about 1 cup of milk and cook a little more. Serve.
