Ingredients
- 2 c. diced potato
- chopped onion
- salt and pepper
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 c. milk
- 3/4 c. water from potatoes
Method
- Boil potato and onion.
- Melt butter.
- Add flour, salt and pepper.
- Gradually add milk; cook until thick.
- Drain potatoes. Save water and mix with milk mixture.
- Cook for 15 to 30 minutes.
