Ingredients

  • 5-6 medium baking potatoes
  • 3 hard boiled eggs, peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/4 c. chopped green bell pepper
  • 1 c. Kraft Miracle Whip
  • 3 Tbsp. sweet pickle relish
  • 1 tsp. French's Classic Yellow Mustard
  • 1/4 c. celery chopped
  • 1/4 c. chopped red bell pepper
  • 1/8 tsp. ground red pepper

Method

  • In a large saucepan cook potatoes, covered in boiling salted water for 25-30 minutes or until done.
  • Drain and rinse in cold water.
  • Peel and cube potatoes.
