Ingredients
- 2 (16 oz.) cans apricots, drained
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 qt. low-fat milk
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
Method
- Combine all ingredients in an electric blender until apricots are fully pureed.
- Pour into freezer container of 1 gallon electric freezer.
- Freeze according to freezer instructions. Makes 2 quarts.
