Ingredients
- 2 pounds potaoes russet
- 2 egg yolks
- 11/2 cup flour
- Pinch salt
Method
- Boil potatoes With skins on until tender. Cool slightly. Peel and put through food mill. Add yolks, flour, salt. Combine into dough. Divide into 1/4's. Roll into logs and cut into small bite sized pieces.
