Ingredients
- 4 T butter
- 2 cups coconut
- 1-8 ounce cream cheese
- 2 t milk
- 3 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/2 t vanilla
Method
- Melt half of butter in skillet
- Add coconut and stir constantly over low heat until golden brown
- Spread coconut on absorbent paper to cool
- Cream the rest of the butter with cream cheese
- Add milk, sugar, vanilla and most of the coconut
- Spread on layers of cake
- Sprinkle remaining coconut on top
