Ingredients
- 1 pkg. Ore-Ida hash browns, thawed and drained well
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 stick butter, softened
- 1 (16 oz.) container sour cream
- 1 pkg. (8 to 10 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
Method
- Mix all ingredients and spread into buttered 2-quart casserole dish.
- Bake at 350° for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, uncovered, or until slightly bubbly.
