Ingredients
- 1 lb carrots
- 1 tbsp dry milk
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1 c raisins
- 1/3 to 1/2 c mayo
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Method
- Grate carrots and raisins in food processor. combine other ingredients. Mix well. Refrigerate, 1 1/2 hrs before serving.
