Ingredients
- 2 lb. bag frozen hash brown potatoes (I thaw)
- 1 stick oleo, melted
- 1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
- 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
Method
- Mix all ingredients and pour into greased long casserole (at least 2 quarts).
- Top with paprika and more grated cheese, if desired.
- Bake at 350°
- for approximately 45 minutes.
