Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 pkg. pepperoni (optional)
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce with or without mushrooms
  • shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • grated Parmesan cheese
  • spaghetti noodles

Method

  • Brown ground beef with chopped onion and pepperoni.
  • Drain grease and add spaghetti sauce and bell pepper.
  • Simmer 20 minutes, covered.
  • Prepare noodles in advance and add to casserole dish.
  • Pour sauce over noodles and sprinkle Mozzarella cheese over the sauce (as much as you like).
  • Bake at 400° for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  • Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
