Ingredients
- 1 lb. hamburg
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 4 to 5 c. raw sliced potatoes
- 1 can chicken soup
- 1/2 to 1 c. milk
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Brown the hamburg and the onion.
- Mix the soup and the milk together so there is enough to cover the potatoes.
- Layer all the ingredients in a baking dish.
- Bake 2 hours at 325° to 350°.
- The last 5 to 10 minutes, add a can of Durkee onions.
- Brown slightly.
