- 2 lb. frozen hash browns, thawed
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 small green pepper, chopped
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can cream of potato soup
- 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream with chives
- paprika
- parsley flakes
Method
- Mix first 6 ingredients together and put in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle with paprika and parsley flakes.
- Bake at 325° for 1 hour.
