Ingredients
- 5 lb. bag potatoes, peeled and cut up
- 1 1/2 sticks butter
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 8 oz. Cheddar cheese
- 6 slices bacon
- 1 onion
Method
- Boil peeled potatoes until almost tender.
- Put potatoes in casserole dish.
- Saute bacon, onion and butter and then put over potatoes.
- Pour sour cream over bacon and then sprinkle cheese on top.
- Bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes.
