Ingredients
- 8 to 12 medium potatoes, cut in half
- 2 small pkg. cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1 c. sour cream
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 large or 2 small cloves garlic
- 1/4 c. chives or dill
Method
- Cook potatoes and add cream cheese; mash. Add sour cream; mash. Add garlic, salt and pepper. Fold in chives or dill. Place in buttered 2 quart casserole and bake in 350° oven for 30 minutes.
