- 2 lb. hash browns (frozen), crumbled
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 stick margarine, melted
- 1 c. (1/2 pt.) sour cream
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 2 c. Cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp. salt
- buttered corn flakes
Method
- Combine all ingredients except corn flakes.
- Turn into greased casserole.
- Top with buttered corn flakes.
- Bake at 350° for one hour.
- Serves 12.
