Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. bag frozen hash brown potatoes
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1/4 c. butter, softened
- 1 medium onion
- 1 c. grated cheese
Method
- Mix altogether.
- Grease bottom and sides of baking dish.
- Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes or until brown.
