Ingredients
- 2 c. heavy cream
- 4 Tbsp. unsalted butter
- 4 Tbsp. granulated sugar
- 6 oz. unsweetened chocolate
- 4 oz. white chocolate
- 12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
Method
- Heat cream, butter and sugar in a 2 1/2-quart saucepan over medium heat.
- Stir to dissolve sugar.
- Bring to a boil.
- Place the semi-sweet, unsweetened and white chocolate in a steel bowl.
- Pour the boiling cream mixture over chocolates.
- Let stand 5 minutes. Stir until smooth.
- Can put in 1 to 2 teaspoons vanilla, pecans or orange rind (optional).
- Refrigerate.
- Cut into bite-size pieces.
