Ingredients
- 1/4 cup achiote paste*
- 2 cups orange juice
- 1 tsp. garlic, chopped
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 dash ground cumin
- 1 dash ground coriander
- 1 dash oregano
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Method
- Mix the marinade ingredients together.
- Marinate chicken, pork, fish, or seafood from 3 hours to overnight.
