Ingredients
- 6 medium potatoes
- 1 (8 oz.) sour cream
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 stick margarine
- 1/3 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. grated cheese
Method
- Cube potatoes.
- Cook tender.
- Salt and pepper to taste. Drain; put in casserole dish.
- Melt margarine and, with sour cream and celery soup, pour over potatoes.
- Cover with onion and cheese. Bake 25 minutes at 300°.
