Ingredients
- 1 bag frozen hash browns
- 1 stick margarine, melted
- 1/4 c. onion flakes
- 1 small carton sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. grated cheese
Method
- Put melted margarine in a casserole dish and add frozen hash browns.
- Sprinkle onion flakes on top.
- Add sour cream and soup. Cook at 325° for 45 to 60 minutes.
- Take out, sprinkle cheese on top and cook for 5 more minutes.
