Ingredients
- 6 potatoes, peeled
- 3 carrots, peeled
- 1 onion
- 2 eggs
- 3 Tbsp. oil
- 1/4 c. bread or cracker crumbs
- 1 c. powdered milk
- 1 c. grated cheese of choice
Method
- Grated vegetables in a large bowl. Stir in all other ingredients, except cheese.
