Ingredients
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange gelatin
- 1 c. boiling water
- 1 pt. vanilla ice cream
- 1 (6 oz.) jar maraschino cherries, drained and quartered
- 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 c. chopped pecans
Method
- Dissolve gelatin in water.
- Add ice cream and stir until melted.
- Add cherries, pineapple and pecans.
- Place in 2-quart mold and refrigerate.
- Serves 8 to 10.
