Ingredients
- Casserole:
- 6-8 potatoes boiled in skins till slightly firm.
- 1/4 c. butter, melted
- 1 can cream of chicken
- 16 oz. sour cream
- 1/3 c. green onions, chopped
- Topping:
- 1 c. grated cheddar cheese
- 2 c. cornflakes
- 2 T. butter
Method
- Grate potatoes into 9x13 pan. Mix cream of chicken, sour cream ,onions, and butter. Pour over potatoes. Pour topping mixture on top. Bake at 350 for 30 - 40 minutes
