Ingredients
- 1/2 stick butter or margarine, melted
- 1 single pack graham crackers, crushed
- 14 oz. dry curd cottage cheese
- 12 oz. evaporated milk
- 1/3 c. regular milk
- 5 egg yolks
- 5 egg whites
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Method
- Mix butter and graham crackers together and pat into the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.
- In bowl, mash cottage cheese a little and then beat in milk, yolks, sugar, flour, vanilla and salt until smooth.
