- 3 to 4 lbs. pork ribs
- 1/2 c. ketchup
- 1/4 c. vinegar (apple cider)
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onions
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp. packed brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1/4 tsp. hot sauce
Method
- Boil ribs until tender and done. Drain and place in baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 5 minutes. Mix all other ingredients in saucepan, stirring often on medium heat until onions are tender. Brush sauce on ribs and bake for 20 minutes longer. May need to brush on more sauce. Bake 8 to 10 minutes longer. Bake uncovered 10 minutes or until ribs have soaked up sauce.
