Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 3/4 c. Burgundy
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 6 beef cubes
- 3 to 4 Tbsp. brown sugar (liquid)
- 1/8 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 or 2 bay leaves
Method
- Cook 1/2 hour per pound at 325°, covered in a Dutch oven.
