Ingredients
- ice cubes
- 30 ml (1 oz) brandy
- 45 ml (1 1/2 oz) red port
- egg yolk
- freshly grated nutmeg
Method
1. Half-fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the brandy, port and egg yolk, then shake vigorously. Strain into a cocktail glass and sprinkle with nutmeg.
