Ingredients
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 eggs
- juice and rind of 2 lemons or 7 Tbsp. lemon juice
- cracker crumbs
Method
- Cook above ingredients together, stirring constantly.
- When thick like custard, remove and let cool.
- Chill and whip one large can of evaporated milk.
- Add to cooled custard.
- Line dish with vanilla or graham crumbs.
- Pour mixture in and cover with crumbs. Freeze.
- Serves 12 to 16.
