Ingredients
- 1 pork tenderloin
- 1 large red onion
- 1 or 2 tomatoes
- 2 green peppers
- 1 lb. bacon
- garlic salt
- pepper
- Swiss cheese
Method
- Cut pork in two inch sections. Slice onion and tomatoes. Cut peppers into quarters. Take two slices of bacon and make an
- X. Place a slice of pork in center and sprinkle with garlic salt and pepper. Place green pepper, slice of onion and tomato on top. Pull up bacon slices and secure with a toothpick down the center. Place wrap ups on grill over coals and cover grill. Bake for 1 hour, when done, put slice of cheese on wrap ups and close grill for 30 seconds.
