Ingredients

  • 2 Pork loin (for cutlets or steak)
  • 1 Tomato
  • 2 Anchovy fillet
  • 1 slice Bacon
  • 1/2 tbsp Garlic (finely chopped)
  • 50 grams Canned, sliced mushrooms
  • 4 Processed cheese cubes
  • 2 tbsp Ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Tonkatsu sauce (Japanese-style Worcestershire sauce or steak sauce)
  • 1 Salt and pepper
  • 2 tsp Olive oil

Method

  • Blanch and peel the tomato, then dice.
  • Finely chop the bacon.
  • Cut the cheese into small cubes.
  • Heat olive oil and garlic in a pan.
  • When the garlic becomes fragrant, add the bacon.
  • Add the anchovy into Step 2 and mash while adding the tomatoes.
  • Stir in the and simmer on low.
  • Cook until it looks like this.
  • Season until it tastes just right.
  • Turn off the heat and stir in the cheese.
  • *Save about 1/4 of the cheese.
  • Score the meat and lightly season with salt and pepper.
  • Heat oil in a pan and brown the meat on both sides.
  • Then, cover with a lid and steam.
  • Pour the sauce on the cooked pork and top with the remaining cheese.
  • Enjoy.
